Kristy is the Director of Client Services at Lexer.

She has over 15 years’ marketing and advertising communications experience, specialising in CRM, customer engagement, direct and digital. She is a customer advocate and has a passion for delivering a greater connection between data and creativity, and the output this can deliver; from product or service, to different ways of talking to, and interacting with customers and consumers, as well as helping to manage and reduce business risk.

She has worked with many B2B and B2C brands including Star Alliance, General Motors, American Express, Google, Insurance Australia Group (NRMA, SGIO, SGIC), Optus, Woolworths, CommSec, Commonwealth Bank, Qantas, David Jones, Sharp, the UK Government and Abbey National Bank.

Kristy is people-focused and enjoys seeing the rewards of mentor-ship through the growth and development of those that work in her team.
